Treaty Investor Visa

(E-2)​

The E-2 visa allows nationals of treaty countries to enter and work in the United States based on a substantial investment in a U.S. business. It is ideal for entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives seeking to actively develop and direct a commercial enterprise in the U.S.

Benefits:

  • Renewable indefinitely as long as the business remains operational and compliant

  • Spouses may apply for work authorization

  • Children under 21 may attend school in the U.S.

  • Flexibility to manage and grow an active enterprise

Requirements:

Extraordinary Ability

Reserved for individuals at the very top of their field, including those with sustained national or international acclaim in business, science, arts, athletics, education, or entertainment.
